All our retail prices are shown in Hong Kong dollar (HKD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay and Apple Pay.


All the shipping rates are weight-based and will be calculated upon checkout. We do not currently provide any alternative shipping methods other than those available at checkout.

Domestic - We use SF Express for all local deliveries within Hong Kong.
(SF Locker address and code) 

For domestic orders above HKD5,000 delivery is free of charge. 

Macau - We use SF Express for all deliveries within Macau.

International - We use the Economy service provided by FedEx under normal situation. 


If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange on all products returned to us within 7 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in the same unopened and unused condition that you received them.

We regret that at this stage we are unable to: 

  • offer refund on returns, 
  • reimburse shipping costs for returning and exchanging items, or
  • be responsible for returned items lost in post.

We highly recommend you use a tracked shipping service with insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and will be in touch again once your exchange order is ready for dispatch.

In the unlikely event of having a wrong/ damaged/ missing item in your order, please contact us immediately and we will then advise on how to proceed. 


Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Shhhshop cannot accept liability.
