If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange on all products returned to us within 7 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in the same unopened and unused condition that you received them. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds at this stage.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of both returning your item and delivering your exchanged item. We regret that shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and will be in touch again once your exchange order is ready for dispatch.
